Update:
I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Buster Miles. They have the best customer service around. Well worth the trip to check them out.
A month later and I am contacted by the maintenance department to remind me to scheduled my first service. I had already asked them to stop contacting me and they did not even remember enough about me to know I am four hours away and will not be traveling that far for an oil change. Moreover, the issues that I paid to have repaired was work they had just completed prior to selling me the truck. Even if I did live there they would not be touching my truck again.

o The sales staff is cordial until you need something.
o The maintenance team did poor work on my vehicle.
I would like to thank Buster Miles Ford, and recommend anyone that would like to sell or buy from them. I have dealt with one of the owners (Mr. Mim) while trying to sell my car, he made my experience easy, specially since I am out of the country. Also, all through the process Mrs. Casey has been a great help. Again thanks Buster Miles for the great experience. Will look you guys up once I am back home....
Best Ford dealership around! I have bought three cars from them and plan on continue doing business with them for years to come. They treat you like family ever trip there.
If you are getting a good deal on a new car by all means go to Buster Miles. Otherwise I would not recommend going here.
I was already bitter after receiving 25% less than the lower end of their "Value My Trade" tool but I had the truck I wanted so I was okay with the situation even with my limited options (I had drove my trade four hours to the dealership and had no way to get it back home). I bought a used vehicle from them and within the first 48 hours I had to take it in for repairs. I contacted them immediately but they never contacted me back as they stated they would and when I called them out on it I was just met with excuses so I accepted the loss, broke contact, and got my new as-is vehicle repaired myself. I was happy to be done dealing with them and the truck was running good again, I had moved on.

I listed my Jeep for sale on craigslist and the team at Buster Miles Ford reached out to me about purchasing it. The process could not have been easier! Mim and Casey were awesome to deal with. I would definitely do business with the Buster Miles team, again.
I started to have some engine issues at idle but did not think to much of it at first until it got worse and the truck would die and the check engine light would come on if I stopped (day 37 since purchase). I brought it back to the shop here in South Alabama. Being that Buster Miles had worked on the engine also I called to inquire about the replacement parts they used since part numbers where not listed on their service order but I was once again not called back. Minus tires and wiper blades all repairs completed by Buster Miles have had to be redone plus additional work. I am still not two months into owning this vehicle and by them ignoring my request for information I now have zero faith left in them. What a vile organization, I have not regretted much in life but I do regret doing business with Buster Miles.
